Sparkling Blackberry Mint Lemonade

Our lemonade is a customer favorite. Turns out, it's also the perfect base for making your own herbal infusions at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 bowls Chick-fil-A Mac & Cheese

  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • ½ cup onion, diced 
  • ½ cup red pepper, diced 
  • 30 grilled Chick-fil-A
    Nuggets, diced
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • ¾ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar, divided

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
    2. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add diced onions and peppers and cook until softened, 5-7 minutes.
    3. In a large bowl, combine mac & cheese, diced nuggets, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, can of tomatoes (do not drain), chicken broth, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
    4. Once onions and peppers are cooked, add to bowl and mix thoroughly.
    5. Pour mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and cover lightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
    6. After 30 minutes, remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
